Choice Translating is seeking on-site experienced Polish simultaneous interpreters to join our team and support a high-level international delegation during visits to multiple locations in Charlotte, NC.

📍 Date and Location

May 6th, 8 am - 5 pm, Multiple locations in Charlotte, North Carolina.

🎓 Qualifications

Fully bilingual, fluent in Polish and English
Must have experience with business simultaneous interpreting in formal settings
College degree and certifications preferred
Eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card or higher)
Clean driving record, valid driver’s insurance, and reliable transportation

💬 Responsibilities

Accompany the delegation throughout the day to multiple sites to ensure continuity and support.
Provide clear, accurate, real-time simultaneous interpretation in professional and formal settings.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and the interpreter Code of Ethics.
Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability across diverse environments.
